FAQs

How do I know which package to choose?

If you're unsure which package is right for you we can help you choose! Our nurses are experts on our products and services and can customize the perfect bag for you and your specific needs. When you call to schedule we gather initial health info from you and pass it onto our nurses who will do a thorough health evaluation during their visit and will work with you to customize your treatment plan.

What should I expect during my appointment?

Before our nurses do any treatments they will perform a health assessment by gathering a brief medical history and conducting an exam. Our nurses will not administer IVs until the assessment is finished, in order to give you the safest possible treatment plan. After the assessment, the nurse will insert a small needle into one of your veins. The needle is connected to the IV bag via tubing. Then your infusion will begin. During the infusion, our nurses will closely monitor you and your IV site/flow rate. After your infusion is finished, the nurse will remove the needle with pressure to prevent bruising. After your appointment there is generally little to no time before you can resume normal activity!

Is IV Therapy safe for me?

Our therapies are extremely safe, but like any procedure come with minimal risk. Bruising at injection site or swelling. You could experience an allergic reaction or rash, though this is rare. To avoid any of these side effects our nurses do a thorough health evaluation before any treatments. It's important that you disclose all pertinent health information to make sure you are eligible for any treatments you wish to do and to avoid negative side effects.

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Sit back and relax! Make sure you're somewhere comfortable, try to hydrate and eat beforehand if possible.

Is IV Therapy covered by insurance?

There are rare cases when some insurances will cover vitamin therapy. However, we are not able to bill to insurance. We are happy to create an invoice for you to submit to insurance if you are a patient who falls into this special category that is eligible through insurance.

Why choose our services over the ER?

On average our patients will spend 10x less for our services vs. going to the ER for fluids. This is why we love what we do and that we can offer this service to our patients in the comfort of their own home!

Do you accept HSA?

Yes! We can accept HSA cards as payment for any of our services.

Do you work with healthshares?

Yes, we can generate a detailed invoice for you to submit to a healthshare for reimbursement. For most healthshares, the purchased service needs to correspond to the event you are submitting with and be a therapeutic treatment.

How long does an IV treatment  last?

Most treatments take 30 minutes to an hour, but some may last longer depending on the needs of the patient.

Payment Methods

We accept cash and all major credit cards. We are also HSA/FSA (Health/Flexible Savings Account) approved!
We offer group discounts for parties of 4+.
